Refund & Cancellation Policy – TRIOTRIPP (Proprietorship)

At TRIOTRIPP, we strive to provide the best self-drive car rental and related services to our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules regarding booking cancellations, modifications, and refunds.

By making a booking on https://www.triotripp.com, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Booking Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel their bookings by logging into their TRIOTRIPP account or by contacting our support team at support@triotripp.com.
  • Cancellation requests will only be considered valid if initiated through our official website, app, or customer support.
  • Any cancellation request made less than 24 hours before the booking start time may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed based on the timing of the cancellation:

More than 48 hours before booking start time

Eligible for a full refund after deducting payment gateway charges (if any).

Between 24 to 48 hours before booking start time

Eligible for a 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours before booking start time

No refund will be issued.

Note: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not show up at the booking time and does not cancel in advance, it will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.

4. Early Return of Vehicle

If you return the vehicle before the end of your booking period, no partial refund will be provided for the unused hours or days.

5. Booking Modifications

  • Modifications to booking dates/times are subject to availability and approval by TRIOTRIPP.
  • If the new booking amount is higher, the customer must pay the difference.
  • If the new booking amount is lower, standard cancellation charges may apply, and the balance may not be refunded.

6. Service Cancellation by TRIOTRIPP

In rare cases, TRIOTRIPP may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, technical issues, or legal restrictions).

  • In such cases, customers will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
  • TRIOTRIPP will not be liable for any additional compensation beyond the booking amount paid.

Jurisdiction

All disputes related to cancellations and refunds will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
